Original generative studies, not reproductions of the artists’ paintings. Inspired by the room-scale projection format of Beyond Van Gogh ↗. Speed zero freezes the art; zero interior surfaces leaves the walls and floor illuminated.

A little orientation

WASD / arrows: Walk through the space
Shift: Walk faster
Drag: Look around. Double-click the scene to lock the pointer; Escape releases it.
Touch: Drag the left half to move, the right half to look.
E / ] / [: Next / previous artwork
− / +: Decrease / increase artwork speed, down to zero
, / .: Remove / add rectangular surfaces, from zero to twelve
C: Toggle ceiling projection
L: Switch regular / irregular surface layout
P: Freeze or resume the artwork
M: Show / hide the projection control menu
H / F: Help / fullscreen

Use the projection studio controls for the same actions. When a control has focus, arrow keys adjust that control; click the room to resume walking. Adding a surface where you stand returns you to the entrance. Reduced-motion preference starts the artwork still.
